About Davis Place
Welcome to our neighborhood!
Nestled between downtown Clayton to the north, the Wydown shopping district to the east, and Clayton Road and Galleria shopping to the south, Davis Place is steps from retail, restaurants, and a Metrolink station. Nearby, major highways give residents easy access to downtown St. Louis, the airport, and points west and south.
The quiet streets, green spaces and school playground make the neighborhood ideal for families. At the north end of the neighborhood is Meramec Elementary School in the School District of Clayton.
Shaw Park, with swimming pool, tennis courts and ice rink, is diagonal across the intersection from the northwest corner of the neighborhood. Minutes away is the Center of Clayton, with its gym, indoor track, basketball courts, climbing wall, leisure pool and lap pool.

Have trash, recycling
or yard waste?
Davis Place trash day is Friday; Recycling and yard waste on Tuesday. Trash, recyclables and yard waste should be stored in the same location in your side or back yard. Place all trash in plastic trash bags to make sure food waste is contained and avoid attracting rodents. All refuse should be ready for pick up by 7:00 a.m. Click for more information.

Clayton is pet-friendly!

Have a residential or fence construction project?
The City of Clayton requires those submitting building/fence applications to get signatures from two of the three neighborhood trustees. Also, depending on the type of construction you are planning, the city has various requirements and permit forms. Click here for more information.
