Your trustees (the name is a throwback to when Davis Place was a private subdivision) kindly serve a three-year term, with a new one volunteering each spring. You may e-mail them by clicking on their name. Among their contributions:

Plan neighborhood events, including the annual Block Party and July 4th parade

Keep the community informed; maintain the website

Sign fence and construction plans, ensuring neighbors have been informed, before submission to the city
Clayton Ward III Aldermen
Aldermen are elected to a three-year term, and are eligible to hold office for up to three terms or nine years. They are residents, neighbors, and advocates for the ward's citizens. Among their contributions:
• Approve the operating and capital expenditure budgets annually, as well as tax rates levied by the city.
• Plan for infrastructure improvement, parks and recreation, transportation, environment and commercial development.
• Respond to citizens on a wide array of issues affecting them personally, as well as issues affecting their neighborhoods or the city as a whole.
